Shon is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and an RMT that focuses on facilitating efficient movement strategies - specifically change of direction ability. He goes through detailed questioning and utilizes evidence-informed movement analysis to help identify strength and weaknesses in athletes.
He believes that in the pursuit of effective movement strategies, an athlete will be able to better control and mitigate injuries; and in doing so, enhance performance.
He has and is currently working with athletes of all disciplines such as, basketball players, NHL/OHL players, CFL players, and MMA athletes. He believes that people who are injured has created a bodily system through habit, that cannot match his/her sport demands.
He has spent the past decade diligently learning about the science of movement and is continuing to pursue his goal of understanding injury prevention strategies.
Apart from pursuing his Masters in Sport Science and Rehabilitation, he also shares his insights in his workshops and seminars held internationally for Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Medical Doctors, and Personal Trainers.

Shon loves to explore different movements and would love to continue playing basketball for as long as he can. Other than that, he loves to read spiritual and inspirational books and LOVES exploring all aspects of life with his family
